Sales Specialist - Hoisting

Your technical competence, collaborative ability and communication skills will assist in ensuring that you achieve both your qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way.

Reporting to the Sales Manager in Sweden, you will be a part of the Process Automation Process Industries Hoisting Business Line. You will work with a highly motivated sales team, with a global responsibility to identify and develop new market opportunities, monitor customers and market trends, and develop effective marketing activities in a designated market in accordance with the sales strategy.

Your responsibilities
Selling products, systems and services focusing on volume and mix to meet profitability targets as set
Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs
Promoting customer understanding of our products, systems and/or services offering, creating added value for the customer to provide a solution
Preparing sales plans and performing regular status reviews to maintain order volumes and manage administrative sales processes
Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in your area in accordance with the sales strategy
Developing and facilitating marketing activities, share know-how and promote cross-collaboration
Preparing offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department, ensuring the appropriate technical and financial aspects, including prices and trading conditions.
Your background
University degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration is preferable
Technical sales experience is considered an advantage, but in this position your personality traits will be valued higher than a formal education
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who continuously outperform and deliver results above targets and expectations
Your excellent communication and people skills, your ability to listen and understand customer needs will assist in building long-term relationships
With a highly developed sense of ownership, your initiative and problem-solving skills will drive your success
Your written and spoken fluency in English is required
