Description:

Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent organizational skills? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team! As the initial point of contact for our valued accounts, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and order accuracy.

Responsibilities

Initial point of contact for accounts, providing exemplary customer service

· Respond and guide phone calls/visitors professionally and courteously.

· Ensure 100% accuracy in entering orders, covering product details, quantities, pricing, delivery information, and order confirmations.

· Collaborate closely with Planning to ensure timely and complete deliveries.

· Work closely with the Office Lead, promptly addressing and communicating any issues.

· Conduct weekly follow-ups with key customers to ensure satisfaction.

· Enter orders efficiently and accurately using QuickBooks and other systems.

· Display attention to detail as a key strength.

· Coordinate schedules for pickups, deliveries, and supply orders.

· Communicate any shortages or concerns related to order fulfillment.

· Maintain an organized filing system for the building as required.

· Demonstrate flexibility in task switching as needed.

· Undertake additional duties within assigned scope and capabilities as directed by Management.
