As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for improving business processes and supporting efficient use of Salesforce. As a result, you will be able to support revenue growth and client retention for your company. You will work with stakeholders to identify areas where Salesforce can be leveraged to improve business processes and productivity. You will be responsible for documenting requirements, creating test plans, and executing tests to ensure that the system meets the needs of the business
Location: Dallas, Tx
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of IT Experience, 5+ years as Salesforce Business analyst.
· Expertise with Sales Cloud (mainly CPQ)
· Have experience with working with stakeholders to gather requirements with an agile approach
· Use to working in a team environment with systems team members, stakeholders and end users
· Experience with either marketing cloud or sales engagement would be icing on the cake
