Who we’re looking for

Toyota’s Site Services - Vehicle Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Senior Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to be the central point of contact for all OneTech activity, including infrastructure upgrades, local and enterprise application rollout support, cybersecurity enhancement activities, and partnering with production engineering and multiple groups for manufacturing plant expansions.

This position will be reporting to the Manager of Manufacturing Site Services (Vehicles), the person in this role will support the IT Service Delivery and Relationship Management objective to directly support the production of Toyota vehicles.

What you’ll be doing

Support the Mazda Toyota Manufacturing (MTM) Site Services objective to lead the team to continuously improve daily processes through customer focus, problem-solving, and Plan-Do-Check-Act.
Guide technical solutions, design, and infrastructure for adherence to TMNA IT standards and best practices.
Develop and maintain strong business partner relationships with MTM, and TMNA IT, ensuring IT priorities are aligned with business strategic directions to develop and implement strategy, roadmaps, and metrics to improve MTM Information Technology products and services.
Be responsible for maintaining a long-term roadmap for site operations at the plant, currently targeting a 3-year roadmap.
Visualize project capital budget plan vs. actual. Manage funding and track spending against the planned budget.
Partnering with other peers in the IT group to seek out best practices that should happen regularly to help achieve consistency/standardization but also enhance our service to the customer.
What you bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated functional work experience.
Experience managing small-medium scale ($500K) IS projects (medium-size teams of 4 -10 members)
Experience implementing systems using any of the Agile methodologies.
5+ years of experience working in a Manufacturing environment.
5 + years of experience with Manufacturing Applications and Systems.
Supervising technical teams to complete business priorities and tasks.
High-level communication skills to influence and persuade others.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts to make recommendations to management.
Ability to work under pressure.

Detailed knowledge and experience with technologies and methodologies within a manufacturing environment
Experience working in the Toyota environment.
