Job Description:
BAE Systems is seeking a Senior Capture Director to expand its portfolio of IT, cyber, and cloud programs across the Intelligence Community (IC). This position will report to the Director of Strategic Capture within the Intelligence Solutions (IS) business area. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in leading successful captures valued at over $100M across the IC.
The Capture Director should have robust IC customer experience and a natural ability to leverage this in developing credible, strategic, and unique solutions that elevate the Probability of Win (PWin) and disrupt the competition.
