Purpose and Objective:
Concur Technologies Inc. seeks a Senior Developer at our Allen, TX location responsible for development focusing on design, coding, testing, quality assurance of complex product features in a development team.
Expectations and Tasks:
Design the development and delivery of new features as part of the Agile team. Design and write services in one or more of Go lang, Kotlin, Java and deploy applications using Docker, Helm, Kubernetes and AMI-based pipelines. Own cloud services end to end, by implementing distributed systems using AWS systems and best practices such as zero-downtime production deployments, canaries, frequent deployments and feature-flag-driven development. Execute duties with an enterprise cloud mindset to deliver on security, compliance and infrastructure initiatives with engineering program management.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or related field and 6 years of progressive experience in the job offered or a related occupation. The employer will also accept a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Work Experience:
Experience must involve 4 years in the following:
• EJB 2.x and EJB 3.0;
• JSP, Servlets, Hibernate and SOAP based web services;
• CVS or SVN;
• JSP or JSF;
• Struts 2.x, Java EE, Maven, Jquery and DOJO;
• AngularJs, HTML, CSS, LESS, and SOAP and REST web services;
• Hibernate, OSGI, Spring 3.0, UML and Junit;
• Continuous Integration Tools including Bamboo;
• Load testing tools including Grinder;
• BEA Weblogic, IBM WebSphere, JBoss and Apache ServiceMix; and
• RDBMS Oracle.
Travel: N/A. Telecommuting permitted.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $134,992 - $170,368. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $134,992 - $193,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
