This position is full-time (40 hours / week), Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

We offer 4 weeks of paid training. The hours of training will be during normal business hours. Training will be conducted virtually from home.

Primary Responsibilities:
Preparing, processing, and maintaining enrollment forms in accordance with Payer rules and internal processing metrics / SLAs
Analyzes problems with failed / rejected enrollment forms
Correspondence with customers and Payers to verify enrollment form status
Researching errors by comparing enrollment error reports against system information along with CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) records
Sending correspondence to customers or CMS (Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services) to gather information or provide updates for corrections
Initiate changes to increase or change workflows to drive quality and productivity
Assisting with client escalations

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent experience
2+ years of healthcare customer service experience
Experience in interacting with clients OR customers in a professional setting
Experience with using Microsoft Office products
Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST from Monday – Friday
Must be 18 years of age OR older
Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of work experience in a leadership OR team lead position
Telecommuting Requirements:
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
