Responsible for leading technical operations in support of company and other related events. Engages with internal and external entities to conduct relevant events that support the business, build the WFM brand, engage the community, help attract and retain talent, and further leverage real estate investments.
Responsibilities:
Performs event equipment set-up and configuration; equipment includes:
Microphones,
Monitors,
Content delivery devices,
Audio mixers,
Cameras,
Broadcasting and receiving equipment,
Lighting,
Controllers and switching devices,
Other pertinent hardware.
Handles and maintains system components, including cabling, racked / integrated equipment, mobile equipment, and other devices as directed.
Maintains and repairs equipment and technical production systems.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills:
Builds understanding of how events fit with and support business objectives.
Familiar with standard event guidelines, processes, and practices including:
Logistical planning,
Technical requirements, equipment set-up and operations,
Equipment repair and maintenance.
Able to preform tasks in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner.
Able to respond quickly and effectively to routine and exceptional situations.
Displays reliability and consistency in actions.
Builds a solid rapport and earns trust with Team Members and supported teams.
Able to explain technical, mechanical, and related information clearly to non-technical individuals and stakeholders.

Applies fact finding, data verification, and related skills to identify and resolve routine and recurring problems.
Monitors and tracks resolution of issues.
Clearly understands the relationship between Event Production and the business / functional organizations.
Clearly understands the relationships and interdependencies between various Event Production functions.
Education & Experience:
High school diploma and 2-4 years’ relevant experience.
Associates degree, technical college or some college course work preferred.
