Senior Field Service Technician m/f/d (80-100%)

Your responsibilities
Analysis of more complex malfunctions, troubleshooting work on all UPS systems incl. preparation of detailed reports
Installation, assembly, commissioning incl. acceptance with customer of complex UPS and battery systems
Preparation of training documentation and implementation of instruction and training of customers
Introduction, training and further development of service technicians incl. providing training documentation
Preventive maintenance work including component replacement on UPS and battery systems
Management of service projects and technical support of service technicians
On-call service (24/365)
Care and maintenance of measuring instruments, electrotechnical equipment and tools
Your background
Lead function in creating technical electrical diagrams (in detail).
Impeccable behavioral competence in everything
> 12. years internal UPS experience
At least Dipl. HF technician training in the technical field
Completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering
Fluent German, English written and oral negotiation skills
Customer oriented appearance
