As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes within our organization. Your responsibilities will involve conducting thorough financial analysis, creating forecasts, and providing actionable insights to drive profitability and growth of the projects.
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis including but not limited to variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling to evaluate project performance, costs, and revenue projections.
Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans in collaboration with project managers and department heads.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project profitability, cost efficiency, and overall financial health.
Prepare and present accurate and insightful financial reports, summaries, and presentations for senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making on resource allocation, project feasibility, and growth initiatives.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and project management to align financial goals with operational strategies.
