12+ years of experience with good knowledge on handling Application support
• Preferably have experience in working on Asset and Wealth management applications or on Banking applications
• Should be familiar with ITIL process.
• Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Should be familiar with leading L2 support of Mainframe, Cobol, JCL, Java applications
• Act as the Single Point of Contact for Delivery for the project
• Responsible for End to End Service Delivery
• Follow up with internal and external stakeholders to progress tickets to resolution
• Provide technical assistance to the team wherever required
• Devise Corrective and Preventive actions for any Service Level breaches, near misses and Customer escalations
• Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams as necessary during project delivery
• Create and publish Shift timings, Rotation & On-call details for weekdays and weekends
• Ensure that status reports & dashboards are sent to the customer for the project at the agreed intervals
• Adopt and replicate best practices in the project
• Ensure work-environment availability (infrastructure, relevant software, access etc.) to the project resources
• Establishes the key calendar of events for the project
• Initiate and drive Innovation, Transformation & Continual Service Improvement (CSI) programs
• Prepare performance dash boards
