Summary
CHS is looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Lubricants Marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing lubricants marketing campaigns and promotions that drive lubricants sales while maintaining a collaborative approach across all energy businesses. You must be detail-oriented, a self-starter, have excellent written and spoken communication skills and be a true collaborator all while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for planning, developing and implementing B2C and B2B marketing initiatives for our three lubricants brands, including campaigns for brand awareness, product messaging and sponsorships, across traditional and digital media platforms.
Assist in the creation, implementation and execution of the lubricants marketing and communications programs, sales promotions, campaigns and events.
Independently manage key product and promotional elements including, product literature, data sheets, packaging, and related product communications.
Plan, craft and deploy communications to support marketing initiatives to multiple audiences, including dealer customers and end-users, across multiple channels, including online and social channels.
Communicate between affiliated marketing and communication groups both within CHS and external parties.
Be responsible for vendor management and tracking/measurement of program participation against KPIs to ensure ROI.
Oversee key dealer related programs and targeted marketing initiatives to increase lubricants growth.
Collaborate with technical service team, business operations, customer care team and energy sales teams on regular basis to create content, support product development and provide support for local market growth.
Ability and interest to learn and apply knowledge of lubricant product categories and numerous industries.
Respond to questions, concerns, and requests from key audiences including field staff, dealers, vendors, and employees regarding lubricants marketing programs and promotions.
Minimum Qualifications (required)
High School diploma or GED
4+ years of experience in Communications and/or Marketing
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years marketing, communications experience to include:
Marketing planning & implementation
Project management
Program management
Content Creation
Newsletters/E-newsletter support
Sales materials support
Budgeting
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience in B2B marketing and lubricants or heavy-duty industries is a plus
