Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
Knowledge of US GAAP
+7 years related experience to include preparing financial statements, business activity reports and financial position forecasts and variance analysis, or other relevant experience
Exposure to budgets and forecasts
Advanced ERP systems, Excel and Power Point skills
MBA, CPA or Chartered Accountant designation
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Business proficiency in English
Ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously and apply problem solving skills
Be willing to travel up to 15%, domestic and international travel

As the Senior Manager, FP&A you will support financial and analytical services for the Consumer Audio SBU
You will report to the Director of Global Financial Planning & Analysis
Supports the Director in the financial planning and analysis for SBU global financial statements, including the preparation of charts and graphs showing progress, conditions, and results
Work with regional, Division and Corporate colleagues to inform the Budget and Forecast processes
Key support for large-scale transformation initiatives, including the BEAT25 initiative
Provide deep analytical insight market conditions
Creation of BPC reports as required by management
Works as a team member to support the preparation of month-end corporate reporting using SAP/BPC
Maintaining documentation and following up with stakeholders to ensure that all control & compliance procedures are completed
Support and prepare accruals, assumptions, and reporting to ensure consistency across the various locations within the SBU, including financial policies, rules and regulations
