Sr Product Strategist

What You will do
-Work in an interdisciplinary team: Collaborate with Design, Technology and Strategy Leads who are passionate about the evolution of design, future of digital experiences and the potential of emerging technologies.
-Shape compelling narratives and contribute to design direction: Explore and evaluate a variety of design methods to tell stories using different frameworks, paradigms, and mediums. Execute final pitch narratives, project deliverables, and associated materials.
-Facilitation: Lead workshops and collaborative sessions with clients to gather insights and align the team to a strategic vision.
-Product Road mapping Overseeing the product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond, making strategic decisions to drive business growth and mapping the necessary steps to get there.
-Help our clients envision the use of digital to transform their businesses. Dream big, demonstrate what is possible, get them and us excited about the possibilities.
Qualifications
-5 years of experience working in product strategy, product management, or a related background
-Proficiency in service design, business strategy and product road mapping
-Prior experience working in interdisciplinary teams
-Prior experience leading client engagements
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
-Excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to a range of audiences.
-Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead cross functional teams
-Creative, problem-solving mindset and a passion for driving innovation in customer experiences.
-Familiarity with digital technologies, emerging trends, and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The job posting will receive applications until 6/15/2024.
The annual salary for this position is between $52,000 - $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
