Join us as the pivotal force in our SCM Operations role for Samsing Electronics Singapore's TV/AV business! As the central contact for supply chain matters of this product category for Singapore market, you'll drive success from sell-in to final stock availability and allocation. Role and Responsibilities

In charge of TV/AV Supply Chain Management (SCM) and responsible for the achievement of KPI
Responsible for channel performance tracking, such as Sell-in, Sell-out, Channel Inventory and Week of Sales (WOS)
Provide guidance to sales and product managers in demand planning, and assist them in order management and forecasting functions (sell-in and sell-out) to support overall product strategy
Coordination with HQ, factory and local logistics team regarding securing of stocks, issuance of PO, shipment information (departure / arrival) and etc.
Communicating with sales team on stocks availability and coordinating with logistics team on stocks allocation
Daily tracking and reporting on sales achievement (sell-in) against weekly target
Ensure stocks arrive as planned for the achievement of monthly sales target
Daily monitoring and analysis of SCM KPI for action planning and improvement plans
To support the team on other sales and SCM related functions and ad hoc reporting
Weekly preparation of SCM materials and reporting to business unit and senior management team
Weekly Sales forecasting
Skills and Qualifications

Possess a degree preferably in SCM with minimum 3 years (for Senior Specialist) / 6 years (for Assistant Manager) of related working experience in a sales environment preferred
Skilled in various computer programs including SAP, Microsoft Office (Prior Excel Macro experience would be a plus)
Good interpersonal skills, multi-task and ability to follow-up.
Strong team player with an ability to work within a matrix organization
