Senior Travel Analyst

Fitch Ratings is seeking an experienced Travel Manager with positive attitude, friendly demeanor with excellent organizational skills to manage our Global Travel Platform.

The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years in the travel industry, preferably working with global and domestic travel as well as contract negotiations.

Ability to lead the Travel Globalization throughout Fitch
Work closely with Accounts Payable and IT to build out Audit Rules and create templates and Reporting

We’ll Count on You To:

Assist with contract negotiations with hotels, air/ground transportation, and special event suppliers to develop comprehensive travel program options for the client
Collaborate with Global Travel provider to support new client sourcing, prepare joint client presentations, and provide updates on existing client accounts.
Ensure that all key internal client service areas are aligned with client’s business goals.
Assist with maintaining and creating report analysis on top tier accounts/travelers
Share best practices/results with Incentive Travel team.
Identify opportunities for innovation and greater revenue/loyalty penetration by listening beyond product/service needs.
Help identify “wins” in order to negotiate in conflict resolution.
Connect with Travel Provider team to understand new developments in travel technology that can increase customer satisfaction or provide cost savings opportunities for the client.
Connect with Travel Provider to make Changes/Update Concur Travel Platform
What You Need to Have:

2- 5 years of experience in travel, customer service, and/or account management, with business-to-business experience preferred.
Knowledge of Concur, Concur Reporting and Concur Functionality
What Would Make You Stand Out:

Ability to respond positively to clients, make recommendations, and interact with individuals at various levels of responsibility.
Maintain strong customer focus and work with a sense of urgency.
Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills, Word/Excel, etc.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 65,000 and 75,000. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
