Job Title: Service Line Sales Specialist - Data & Analytics (Hybrid)

Job Location: Bridgewater – NJ

This role is pivotal in enhancing our service offerings driving customer satisfaction and achieving our strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge and a consistent track record in delivering exceptional results in these domains.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Own the development and implementation of innovative sales service and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of service line strategies with overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to find opportunities for service line improvements.
Design and implement targeted campaigns to promote service line offerings and increase market penetration.
Provide guide and support to the sales and marketing teams improving their capabilities and efficiency.
Monitor and report on the performance of service line initiatives making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Keep abreast of industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a driven edge.
Foster positive relationships with key clients and partners ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Drive the adoption of standard methodologies in sales service and marketing across the organization.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all service line activities.
Required Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in sales service and marketing with a consistent track record of success.
Strong Data Sales experience, Insurance domain is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and social skills with the ability to engage and influence team members at all levels.
Proven track record to lead and empower teams driving performance and achieving targets.
In-depth knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in sales service and marketing.
A strategic problem solver with outstanding problem-solving skills.
A bachelor’s degree in business marketing or a related field is required.
A master’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 05/31/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $95,500.00 – $170,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
