Description:

• For one of the key functions of SOC/CEM operations

• Autonomously performs tasks with a moderate level of guidance but within defined procedures / guidelines (EG diagnoses routine abnormalities within services delivered and manages their resolution, including through own actions or managing the process through others; routinely configures service delivery and / or service support (OSS) elements, analyses the Problem Base on Call Traces, performance data. Parameter level understanding of Domains).

• Undertakes function through analysis of status or performance indicators / service configuration requirements and possible solutions, makes independent judgments, decisions and recommendations and solves a range of individual or commonly recurrent abnormalities / service configuration requirements through knowledge and technical experience. Able to correlate and debug in Technology domain.

• Is able to Handle Multivendor Network. It is able to write scripts to fetch data from database to debug the problems.

•Liaises, and takes leadership from an SOC/CEM real-time and day-to-day, end-to-end delivery perspective, with counterparts in other SOC/CEM functions, in other Nokia services groups (EG Customer Care, NOC CM, NOC FM, Customer Sales Marketing Organization) or in the customer's organisation for individual incidents, problems, changes or risks.

• Provides informal guidance and support to new team members with regard to the procedures to follow and the specific tasks required to perform the job effectively.

• Translates to the next level of detail global standardised procedures / checklists to specifics for an MS customer.

• May monitor the set of tickets / work orders received by the functional team, taking corrective action if there is a risk to, or breach of agreed service levels, including through the re-prioritisation of work and / or engagement of additional temporary resources.

Knowledge & Experience
