• For one of the key functions of Managed Services (MS) operations (Fault Management, Configuration Management, Performance Management, Security Management, OSS Management):
• Participates as an expert & team player in own technology area in customer projects. Support in Multi-Vendor & Multi domains by participating in regular BAU Change management operations
Candidate should have hands on experience on Access optical networks viz ECI & Huawei. Exp. Required-4 Yrs-5Yrs.
Good hands on experience on Change management, fault management & planning of Access optical network.
Should have knowledge of ERPS, MPLS TP, OTN & IP etc
