Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure successful implementation of the service sales & tendering strategy for the low/medium voltage installations. Each day, you will ensure profitable achievement of qualitative and quantitative targets related to Life Cycle Management (LCM) and service products and solutions.

This role is contributing to the Electrification service group in The Netherlands. Main stakeholders are account managers and service coordinators.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Creating, planning, and implementing service sales & tendering strategies by increasing the Installed Base (IB) penetration through effective utilization of IB database.
• Participating in negotiations of major contracts to secure service sales volume.
• Ensuring the setting, periodic-review, and achievement of service sales targets by providing cost effective solutions to the customers and initiating improvement plans as needed
• Obtaining feedback on sales development, distributing of resources for service sales activities, and reporting current market status.
• Managing the team of sales support & tendering resources

Qualifications for the role
- You have an education at Bachelor (HBO) level, preferably in the field of Electrical Engineering with an affinity for automation.
- You have at least 5 years of commercial experience in a field sales position, preferably in the energy technology sector.
- You have knowledge of strategy and development processes and demonstrable organizational talent.
- You have management experience and excellent communication skills.
- You are ambitious, entrepreneurial and results-oriented and not afraid to roll up your sleeves. Furthermore, you are stress resistant and able to keep an overview.
- You have a flexible attitude, as you work within a 24/7 service department.
- You are fluent in the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing.
