Description

The Shelter Solutions Business, part of DuPont Water & Protection, is comprised by the Corian® Design and Performance Building Solutions businesses, combing globally-recognized brands under one business – Styrofoam™, Tyvek®, Great Stuff™, Great Stuff Pro™, and Froth-Pak and Corian®, Montelli® , Corian Quartz and Corian Integrated Basin(itb). The business is designed to deliver solutions to both the interior and exterior of a building that enhance the performance and beautification of shelters across the globe. China Segment Sales Manager will be responsible for the business development and channel & key account management in DuPont Shelter Corian®. He/she is responsible for channel management and optimization, business development, optimizing product portfolio & business model, and driving profitable business growth in strategic segment. Core responsibilities include new product commercial launch, Key account development and management, new channel setup, deploying channel strategy and pricing structure and promotion programs to enable the segment growth in Corian Design in execution level.

Responsibilities:

Adherence to company core values, code of conduct.
Grow the strategic segment in China to meet commercial objectives.
Achieve target on portfolio launch, KA development, sales revenue and profitability.
Development, key accounts & channel management through base business management, new demand creation, share gain and new application/product development.
Build sustainable relationship with value chain to enhance brand advocacy in the segment assigned.
Enable the prioritized channel and key accounts to expand Corian Design offerings in the segment assigned with solutions, resources and professional guidance.
Design & execution of activities on Corian awareness enhancement together with KA and MC team.
Other Sales assignments as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:

Bachelor degree or above. Good written and spoken English.
8+ years in sales & marketing for a multinational company is required, KA/channel management in multi-industries.
Excellent demand generation, downstream influence and KA management experience and skills.
Experience in B2B2C/ B2C business, retail / design industry, and people management will be plus.
Strong business acumen, ability to innovate and sales execution capability.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
A strong team player with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and in multi-cultural groups to achieve stated goals.
Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel frequently.
Self-motivated, proactive, aggressive, initiative, result oriented and strong ownership.
Experience in manage complexity in team & channel structure.
Willingness to travel 50%+ in China.
