Reporting to the Service Operations Manager and working as a member of the Project Execution team in Process Automation Business Area, based in our premises in Athens, you will be coordinating and assisting the site-works team in the cost-effective execution of deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.
Your responsibilities
Performing site visits and surveys to establish the required steps to execute site-works activities
Assisting with preliminary enquiries, bid reviews and other preparation activities
Supervision on electromechanical equipment installation works and managing effectively various subcontractors onsite
Reviewing and analyzing progress reports, recommending, and implementing improvement actions to resolve current and potential issues
Controlling installation- and commissioning-related documentation accuracy and consistency
Effectively communicating project information and customer feedback to internal project stakeholders
Excellent communication and negotiation when needed, both with Clients and Subcontractors
Your background
University Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Ideally 2 years of experience in sites working with water telemetry projects for public sector
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting
Excellent command of Greek & English language
Strong Computer literacy (MS Office, Outlook), including preferably AutoCAD
Driver’s license - ability to visit sites regularly
A strong focus and dedication to safe work practices and guidelines
A high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and desire to learn about new technologies
Ability to act independently and responsibly
