Description:

As part of our team, you will:

Identify the best technical solution to meet customer needs and configure the Core HR system according to customer requests (e.g., fields, templates, forms, application workflows, documents, reporting/ dashboards, etc.)
Support regular upgrades of the Core HR system, ensure service continuity, and solve incidents in the Core HR solution.
Train Super Users, document (configuration workbook, detailed work instructions, etc.) and contribute to the Community of Practice
REQUIRED SKILLS
You have:

Bachelor's degree in any field with 2 to 5 years of experience in support and configuration of a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)-based HR solution and good functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ideally in Core HR and Recruitment.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS
Continuous learning and professional development, and willing to stay current with industry trends and advancements in your field.
Microsoft 365 suite skills as well as skills in situational analysis, research, troubleshooting and issue identification and resolution.
Experienced and comfortable working with a globally distributed multi-cultural team, team player, willingness to learn and share.
Excellent customer service skills, system thinking and technical mindset.
Proficient level of English. Excellent oral and written communication/ presentation skills, including with non-technical persons.
It would be nice if you also had:

Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud
Experience with integrations as well as Data loads, Data models, HDL, HCM Extract, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas
Have worked as technical consultant/engineer in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects.
Experience with HR processes or a strong interest to learn about HR ecosystems would be a plus.
Experience in support of on-premises HR Solutions (SAP HCM)
Knowledge of lean and agile principles, ability to respect project delivery and milestone dates.
