Must-Have**
1. Experience in defining and documenting solution design for a specific domain 2. Experience in assessing solution options involving diverse set of technologies and their seamless integration 3. Experience in creating Business Specific IT Solutions.
Good-to-Have**1. Experience of front-ending with customers and creating end-to-end solutions on IT platforms. 2. Java development experience with proficiency in Core Java and J2EE technologies. 3. Experience with build tools like Maven/Gradle/GIT Understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS, AngularJS, BackboneJS, etc. would be a plus
