Kroger is looking for current college students who are interested in gaining on the job training, mentorship, and real-world experience in their field of choice.

The Kroger Spring Internship Program is an on-site 16-week immersive experience that offers students an opportunity to grow their careers through a variety of focused internship assignments. Spring 2024 dates: January 8 - April 26. Our program offers competitive pay, hands-on learning experiences, company exposure to senior leaders, and professional development opportunities. Spend your semester driving projects, refining your professional skills, working along industry leaders, and connecting with other students from across the country.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the Associate Communications department by developing compelling content and executing company-wide campaigns and initiatives that help share the company's unique story with associates. Collaborate with corporate management to communicate the company's strategy and priorities internally, establishing the company as the best source of information for associates in all locations. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Develop creative content about our company's purpose and strategy that enhances Kroger's reputation through storytelling
Assist in the production of weekly e-newsletters
Help plan, gather information, write, edit and produce content across our internal channels
Develop/implement communication plans to support corporate events or initiatives
Pull data to track and measure content or campaign performance
Support communication and engagement events for corporate office associates
Work with Human Resources to provide communication support for our people strategy to hire, develop and retain top talent
Travel to divisions to develop stories
Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
