Coordinate and provide guidance to the technical areas as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks.
Provide project management guidance to program team to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) guidelines.
Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis associated with task budgeting and program performance.
Support Monthly/Quarterly Program Review preparation activities.
Actively support monthly Program Estimate-At-Completion reviews.
Facilitate monthly data reconciliation.
Compile compliant Earned Value or project plan data approved by the program manager and provide to the external customer.
Support on-going compliance reviews and periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Review).
Support the proper implementation of EVMS and project management through the use of standardized processes, tools, and reports.
Qualified candidates must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate between a diverse team of individuals. Strict attention to detail and internal and external customer satisfaction focus is required to ensure the team meets aggressive demands of military compliance programs
