About The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Investor Reporting Analyst for CBRE Investment Accounting & Reporting Solutions, an exciting and growing environment. This department collaborates within the larger team, dealing with both periodic and ad hoc financial and investment reporting to the limited partner investors in our clients’ funds.
What You'll Do:
Manage the Investor Reporting portal (Intralinks), including maintaining and updating investor contacts, permissions, and login rights.
Respond to investors’ quarterly financial questionnaires and coordinate database submission.
Prepare/review audit confirmations for our investors’ annual audits, logging the confirmations and tracking due dates and completion status.
Daily monitoring of the CBRE’s Investor Reporting mailboxes, summarizing action items for team.
Maintenance and verification of investor wire instructions and investor data in Yardi (GL system).
Provide financial statements, investor statements, supplemental reports, capital call and distribution notices to Investors, among other communications as required by the client.
Review, edit and proofread quarterly and annual financial statements.
Prepare and review quarterly investor update presentations.
What You'll Need:

Bachelor's degree in business, preferably in finance or accounting and 3+ years of experience in the private equity or alternative investments industry, specifically in fund accounting, fund analysis, investor reporting or fund administration.
Big 4 experience covering the industry (audit, tax or advisory) strongly preferred.
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, and exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excel modeling experience a plus. Yardi system a big plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high degree of professionalism when interacting with investors or their representatives.
Experience in fund financial and operational concepts, including capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, carried interest, management fees, fair values, and returns metrics such as gross and net equity multiple, DPI/RVPI/TVPI, etc.
Knowledge of accounting software (preferably Yardi) and investor portals (Intralinks) a plus.
Previous client-facing or investor-facing experience strongly preferred.

The minimum salary for this position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
