In this role, you will lead business management for a highly visible and complex development portfolio. You can expect to interface with Program Leadership by presenting & discussing key financial metrics with the goal of influencing & driving results in the near to medium term impact (1-2 years) and to strategically brainstorm to improve the efficiency of financial reporting & key processes. This individual will collaborate with Finance Directors & Managers to capture and evaluate Short Range Outlook Risks & Opportunities, Annual Operating Plans, monthly Forecast analysis and Long-Range Planning activities with a critical & strategic viewpoint. You will also grow & lead a team of analysts while prioritizing internal customer requirements.
The individual must be comfortable working closely with senior and executive level leadership. This position requires an individual who possesses the ability to solve complex problems quickly & effectively, excellent communication & presentation skills, and can mentor/lead earlier career finance analysts
