1Project Management
Support program manager in management of assigned projects and ensure the execution is done on timely basis.
Execute the development of the programs using Gen3 Process.
Liaise with teams for Purchase Orders, facility readiness, vehicle roll out and BITS resolution
Follow up and coordinate with core group and extended team for project status and concerns raised
2Review and Documentation
Organize and coordinate program reviews and maintain the tracking system.
Maintain documentation pertaining to project status and deliverables
Collate data for Risk assessment and ensure timely escalation through review governance process
Collate data to monitor the progress against milestone criteria as well as PAT / PALS
Prepare and maintain the product dossier and program direction letter using the standardized templates.
Organize and ensure the readiness for review governance as defined guidance from the manager
