and F5 load balancers.
• Knowledge and experience in the use of automation/configuration management using Ansible
HashiCorp
GitLab CI
Nexus or equivalent tool sets
• Ability to be flexible
decision oriented
and motivated to support management initiatives
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Strong attention to details
• Problem investigation and diagnostic skills
• 10+ years’ professional experience working in large scale networking environments (5000 employees or large-scale service provider minimum).
• 10+ years’ experience in as a Network Engineer/Architect in a large complex network environment
• 10 + years with internet routing protocols and concepts: IPv4 and IPv6 protocols
BGP
DNS
MPLS
EIGRP
OSPF
multi VRF environment
DMVPN etc.
• 10+ years with Cisco network operating systems
Cisco IOS and NXOS required
• 3+ years with experience with configuration management software with Terraform preferred but Puppet
Chef
Ansible are a plus.
• Experience in recommending
designing
implementing
and maintaining
Cisco network and Cisco security solutions
• Hands-on experience in designing and deploying large scale network security technologies including Firewalls (ASA and FTD)
IPS/IPS
WAN Application Firewalls
NAC and other network security solutions
• Experience with virtual network environments and modern datacenter technologies such as Cisco ACI or Openstack
and network security technologies from providers including Cisco
Zscaler
Palo Alto
CheckPoint
and cloud native AWS solutions.
