DESCRIPTION
As a Sr. PM on the DSP Compliance and Enforcement team, you will drive the Last Mile's cross-functional roadmap on adherence to program policies for Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) in North America. You align partner teams across Compliance, Legal, Fleet, Performance, and Product to increase the coverage, effectiveness, and adherence to program policies. You identify and lead operational and process improvement activities, align partner team roadmaps, lead collaboration opportunities, track program effectiveness, drive business progress, and lead solutions to increase awareness and effectiveness.
This role will focus on leading and implementing strategies to increase coverage and effectiveness of adherence to program policies. You will develop a vision and execute your plan for monitoring and enforcement across multiple areas of risk. You will align partner teams on your vision, deliver through your team and partner teams, and uphold a high bar for quality. You will deeply understand connection points across teams, make data-driven decisions, and lead strategic alignment in new areas that do not yet have rich data. You will drive for operational excellence, lead process improvements, create and align teams to a NA standard, and work with product teams to build tools and reporting.
The role requires a detailed understanding of how to balance customer trust with accountability, process improvement, and program management.
A successful candidate will have to manage complex, multi-faceted programs, influence across organizational boundaries, create alignment on shared goals, clearly and concisely communicate, interact with senior leaders, and drive progress. They will have the capability to analyze complex business data, generate actionable insights, drive cross-functional solutions, and report progress to senior leadership. The leader will embrace ambiguity and drive clarity across teams and organizations. This role requires strong relationship building skills and sound business judgment. They will be an excellent communicator, verbally and through writing, enabling them to work successfully with diverse audiences. Balancing time between projects and rapid response is a critical component for success in the position. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytic skills, and leadership are essential to success in this role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
