Work closely with our Product Management and Consumer Insights teams to identify compelling features that strengthen Roku OS positioning and differentiation
Partner with creative teams to develop messaging and storytelling that reinforces the Roku OS experience as the cornerstone for all our consumer and industry communications.
Develop release notes to support major OS releases
Formulate a holistic marketing plan to highlight the Roku OS experience (including major software releases) spanning all products, programs and channels in a cohesive and consistent manner
Be a cross-functional leader by managing OS-specific communications from briefing, planning, creative development, implementation, and reporting across multiple consumer touchpoints including PR, websites, retail, mobile apps, videos and more
Develop an understanding of target audiences and how messaging should be adjusted to maximize our opportunities
Continuously identify new programs and touchpoints that reinforce Roku OS as a critical part of a consumer’s decision-making process when buying a TV or Streaming Player
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
particularly with senior leadership
8+ years of experience in the entertainment or consumer technology space
preferably in hardware or services
