Description:

We are seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to develop and own our long-range financial models to inform operational and strategic decision making. This is a great opportunity to build new analyses, models and reports to provide actionable data to leaders. Strong attention to detail, a growth mindset, and an ability to set and meet tight deadlines will be important for the success in this role. 

AS A STRATEGIC FINANCE MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL :
Build and enhance long-term forecasting models to support critical expansion, operational strategies and identify areas of investment.
Scale long-term forecasting models from excel onto the snowflake platform using Python and SQL coding languages
Collaborate with other FP&A team members to understand the key drivers of various aspects of the business
Serve as key point of contact cross-functionally with Corporate Development, Tax, and Treasury teams
Understand the long-term impact of near-term decisions in order to make recommendations to leadership accordingly
Deliver and craft high-quality presentations for senior executives
Work on other ad-hoc analysis

Skill:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
coupled with the ability to summarize detailed information in order to make actionable recommendations
Self-starter
with strong ability to work with minimal direction and to set effective project plans
Works comfortably with incomplete information and deals with ambiguity in a dynamic
high pressure environment
Strong analytical skills and extraordinary attention to detail with a focus on accuracy; able to translate big-picture analysis while never losing sight of the finer points
Strong work ethic and team-first attitude: humility and humor make for a high-impact contributor

Others Requirements:

5+ years of progressive Corporate Finance
FP&A
Investment Banking or Consulting experience
BA/BS in Finance
Economics
Accounting
Business Administration
or related quantitative field
Experience using Excel and PowerPoint
Experience using the coding languages Python and SQL.
Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial statements
Experience with Adaptive Insights a plus
