You will be working as Strategic Marketing Manager-Drive Products & Systems and Services and will be part of Motion for Drive Products. Work Locations are flexible for Bangalore/ Mumbai/ Kolkata/ Faridabad in India. In this role you will be reporting to Local Division Manager. You will be responsible for the order growth of Water strategic focus segment through market management and related activities.

Your responsibilities
Responsible for creating, planning and implementing the sales strategy for the assigned area in accordance with the global strategy, and budget and efficiency targets
Supporting business area and divisions to align with Clusters for budget alignment.
Monthly FC exercise, Quarterly Gap analyzing with cluster team, Address gaps which come out from weekly and monthly sales discussions.
Driving Business and motivate/align sales team to extend focus for emerging Segments: Capture leads, Ensure SFDC record, conversion strategy for Each opportunity – Data center, Ethanol, Water, Carbon Capture, Chemical, API, Solar Based Cold Storage solutions
Organizing and Participating in Country account management programs, MOIM- MODP OEM conversion plans, MOSD-MOLM customer mapping/project mapping, with EL - data Center Initiative, with IAPI- WWW collaboration meeting, Service Days at customer places
Working together for promoting the drives overall with Motion communication manager to ensure success stories and success comes in weekly wrap and bring better visibility
Supporting in all required marketing materials required at drive site level such as year be-ginning growth meeting and also growth workshops as well as common
Creating Event Calendar. Ensuring optimization of cost and resources by collaborating with other divisions and engaging with communication team for organizing targeted events (events whereby inter division/Business collaborations are required) - ACREX, REFCON, Energy Symposium, CII , ELECRAMA
Planning and supporting Service Day initiative at customer place
Supporting motion services BES and FES team for focus initiatives ( e.g. modernization/one care, LEAP, digital or energy eff…etc) and ensure the sales team’s activities to achieve the desired goals
Your background
B. Tech/BE in Electrical / Electronics/ Instrumentation or similar streams in Engineering
Must have 8 to 15 years of experience in business Development, marketing & sales strategy with good exposure in Drives background.
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. This includes setting goals, providing feed-back, coaching, and motivating team members to achieve their best performance.
