Description:

Help global businesses large and small discover and realize the benefits of selling on Amazon. This position is for a Program Manager managing internal partnerships for the larger Seller University team.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you'll work with internal teams, and define and manage strategic partnerships between Seller University and, but not limited to, internal sales, sales enablement or account management teams. You'll be familiar with Seller University's global content catalog and develop initiatives that help other teams utilize our content offerings for their goals and programs. You'll curate and define learning paths that internal teams can use to solve seller pain points, when they start and grow their business.
You'll collaborate with Content Creation, Program and Product Management, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Service and Risk to establish and manage partnerships to drive the awareness of our seller education programs internally.

Key job responsibilities
Identify key stakeholders and teams that can utilize Seller University's content offerings to drive their business goals

Manage stakeholder relationships, and provide visibility on new Seller University courses and programs

Curate content programs for internal teams that support specific seller cohorts, educate on key seller programs, or address recurring seller pain points

Identify and analyze metrics that can show the value and impact of seller education across the entire selling business

Amazon Seller University's mission is to educate global sellers with high-quality, multi-modality content covering tools, features, and programs, to empower and equip them to run a successful business. We are a team of product, learning design, program, analytics, and tech professionals who work collaboratively to innovate for and educate sellers.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience in defining, developing, and executing on ambitious content roadmaps.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
- Experience in localization or global scaling of programs and initiatives; knowledge of a second language encouraged.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
