Strategy and Data, Associate Director



Fitch Group - Center of Excellence is currently seeking an Associate Director based out of our New York office.



The Center of Excellence team is responsible for building and transforming our shared services businesses at Fitch which include Real Estate, Facilities, Global Operations, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Travel & Entertainment. In this role you will be responsible for developing and implementing data analysis, assessing how the business operates and researching areas of the business that drive operational efficiency. You will provide quality support and partnering with the shared services groups and create a reporting cadence that maximizes the output of the department.

We’ll Count on You To:



Serve as a subject matter expert on Fitch’s shared services systems and processes
Build KPI’s, spend and supplier reports etc.
Create efficiencies through technology or process for shared services categories
Supplier Approvals that are generated from our supplier onboarding tool.
Manage Monthly Rent Payment Approvals
Review of Invoices due to Price/Quantity Variance from PO’s
Manage functionality improvement, automation and digital transformation projects for Fitch’s procurement system
Align procurement strategies and programs with the overall objectives of the organization
Manage implementation of systems when opportunities arise. Evaluate current system functionality if needed and ensure new technology meets the needs of all businesses across Fitch
Provide insight into market developments for source-to-pay and contract and supplier management.
Assist Requisitioners with requisitions, purchase orders, approvals as needed




What You Need to Have:



5+ years’ experience in Center of Excellence, Operations, Finance or fields that contain strong reliance on data analysis Ability to assess and investigate large sets of data in detail
Proficient in SAP ECC, Oracle, Business Wearhouse
Relationship building with both suppliers and business
Attention to detail, analytical mind set
Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point


What Would Make You Stand Out:



Experience with any of the shared services mentioned
Lead and implemented tools for supplier onboarding or contract management
System experience in SAP ECC or Oracle
Comfortable with presenting information, projects, reports etc. to upper management level individuals
Familiar with Agiloft Contract tool or system equivalent
Familiar with Ivalua Supplier Onboarding tool or system equivalent

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $95,000 and $110,000. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
