• Creates supply and delivery plans for rolling 13 months horizon
• Analyses factual information and possible solutions, makes independent judgments, decisions and recommendations and solves a range of straightforward problems through knowledge and professional experience.
• May lead small projects with limited risks and resource requirements.
• Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
• Shares initial ideas for supply plans including flexibility and product Phase in Phase out (PiPo) adjustments.
• Supports the decision on mitigation adjustment e.g. based on obsolescence risk or critical material situation in order to balance inventory risk.
• Supports set-up of the inventory targets and policies according to the analytical inputs.
• Ensures supply readiness related to the planning part for new product launches.
• Independently works within broad guidelines and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues.
• Has in-depth organisational and relevant market knowledge and uses understanding on how to identify material and capacity constraints.
• Improves supply planning processes, identifies improvements and collaborates with Continuous Improvement (CI) in supply planning projects to ensure its successful completion.
• Identifies material and capacity constraints and develops scenarios.
• Communicates with other functions to ensure alignment on key strategies and business priorities.
• Works with substantial discretion and uses specialist knowledge, analytical skills, judgment and broad conceptual and practical experience to solve complex problems and to contribute to process improvements (e.g. identification of material and capacity constraints).
