In this role, you will be supporting ABB Electrical Services in West Sacramento, CA, by meeting business needs efficiently and effectively, boosting customer satisfaction and performing all tasks to high quality standards in line with relevant processes and guidelines. You will also engage with internal/external customers and drive efficient services in a variety of administrative areas.

Engineering Solution Director
Your responsibilities
Oversee the delivery of services from external providers in line with service level agreements.
Assist in the implementation of relevant policies and procedures and contributing to regular reviews.
Aid colleagues in determining the optimal and most cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs.
Communicate and maintain effective and productive relationships with internal/external customers and third-party systems/data providers.
Maintain and process orders.
Generate and maintain revenue reports for internal/external customers.
Maintain inventory, print reports and prepare labels.
Your background
High School Diploma/GED required, (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
2+ years of experience in an administrative support position.
Electrical industry experience preferred.
Sound knowledge of order processing and report generation.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
