Enterprise Excellence (EE) is a group within the Operations and Technology (O&T) organization that designs solutions to enhance transparency, empowers Operations and Functions to improve processes and evolves the organization through continuous improvement and simplification. The organization is responsible for defining, deploying and driving alignment and progress against a firm-wide framework that reduces operational risk, standardizes workforce optimization and improves process health.

Enterprise Excellence offers frameworks, data insight, and efficiency-enabling products that are available to deploy across the enterprise.

The Engagement team within EE is a conduit between the internal user/Ops and Function Managers, and the EE Product Owners and Execution Team. The Engagement team will develop new relationships and partnerships, as well as maintain existing ones, with a clear goal of identifying and delivering fit-for-purpose solutions to address process reengineering needs.

Responsibilities:

Lead discovery sessions with internal clients to understand and document their detailed needs
Develop requirements / user stories to identify fit-for-purpose solutions
Apply process modelling standards to map current and future state process flows (when applicable)
Support data analysis with client to ensure full utilization of solutions and troubleshoot production issues
Manage work intake requests on behalf of clients
Draft test cases in-line with requirements and user stories, and agree with user-base
Collaborate with users while in production and ensure all defects are addressed with appropriate retesting
Capture metric improvement and benefit realization
Schedule regular engagement with user base and partner closely with Product Owners to improve products based off user feedback and experience
Ensure deployed products are being fully utilized by user-base to maximize value
Establish and continue to mature a benefit tracking and realization mechanism
Clearly present and showcase analysis, proposals, and/or completed work by the team
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience, preferably in Corporate and Investment products and processes
Finance experience is a plus
Excellent management of global teams driving process standardization, including end-to-end process documentation, governance and insights
Demonstrate a commitment to quality and strict attention to detail
Collaborative attitude and able to work with technology and business partners to ensure efficient and effective delivery
Quick learner with an analytical and flexible thinking style
Excellent ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) and work well on cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests
Excellent MS PowerPoint / presentation creation skills
Education:

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s preferred
