This role will partner with the business functions in attracting and selecting manufacturing talent. They will report directly to the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) of the Installation Products Division and will collaborate closely with our site HRBPs, our candidates, line managers.
Your responsibilities
Support the staffing process
Ensure follow-up and control of candidate administration files
Publish job postings on the Indeed platform in compliance with ABB requirements
Sort applications received via our various posting media
Make telephone calls for pre-selection interviews
Introduce successful candidates to the team
Assist with face-to-face interviews as needed
Coordinate plant visits with a supervisor
All other related tasks linked to the recruitment functions (e.g.: update of various Dashboards/Excel spreadsheets, etc.)

Your background
A passion for recruitment/human resources management
Verbal and written fluency in both French and English
Experience with social media marketing of job ads
Highly developed communication, sales and advising skills
100% team player with strong collaborative spirit
French is required. English is also required as this position will service internal and external clients from other provinces.
