You will be working as Team Lead - Drive Products and will be part of Motion Business Area for Drive Products Division based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible to develop and maintain Drive Products effective sales strategy at Bangladesh in order to improve ABB Drive Products market reach by market penetration & retaining existing customer base to realize profitable growth.

Your responsibilities
Achieving the sales target for Drive Products division, primarily focusing on Channel Partners / OEMs / EU/ System Integrators Market
Looking for new customer, opportunity untapped by Drive Products Division. Achieving the order target month on month and collect the overdue in time
Developing new channel partner to address the untapped distribution business in Cluster and working together with Division Sales Manager for business growth. Preparing business plan for each focused market focused on activity
Driving business growth with EU/CP/ OEM /SI’s with proper business planning and in-time support. Continuously gaining knowledge on new applications to present DP offers
Doing inhouse sales seminars with strong value proposition and selling with proper product positioning. Working closely with the CP/OEM/SI’s and sharing success stories
Co-ordinating with service team for warranty and after sales support as needed. Interacting regularly with CP/OEM/SI’s sales engineer to drive them to meet commitment and co-ordinate with the operations team to ensure commitment on the delivery
Regularly giving update on business done product line wise and market wise and prepare monthly MIS and submitting to stake holders
Systematically tracking the key projects and Customer activity. Developing a business plan for large CP/OEM/SI’s and taking responsibility
Your background
BE/ B Tech, Diploma preferably in Electrical and Electronics / Electronics and communication
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in sales field
Good knowledge on the Drives & Automation Sales is preferred
Aggressive and result oriented, should know to sell volumes and values
