Description:

•Collaborate proactively with stakeholders & provide required support to MO Units, CO, BG’s & F&C.
•Support E2E order to invoice process execution and manage stakeholders.
•Contributes to all logistics tasks in daily business/order execution: acts as main interface within OMC for issue escalations and support prompt resolution to meet business requirements.
•Drives and supports the organization trainings or info sessions, including acting as facilitator or presenter of business requirements, e.g., workshop, sessions, process updates, etc.
•Analyse KPIs, identify and drive improvement areas with appropriate root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions.
•Subject Matter Expert within Team, first point of contact for OM Coordinators and OM Specialists in case of process or technical issues
•Assist transition and transformation related to project deployment/UAT as per O2C strategy
•Assist continuous improvement projects and focus on process improvements and automation opportunities
•Operational & process excellence support by continuously contributing towards the enhancement of overall quality of processes and guidelines.

Knowledge & Experience

Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience and/or a graduate equivalent (or higher) degree.
