Responsibilities
Managing Cross functional teams
Monitoring and managing Incidents / Sr's / Problem Tickets / SLAs, support functions to ensure optimal service
Maintaining high performance levels for service-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary
Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews
Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support service delivery
Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery
Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand
Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery
Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience as Technical Product Manager.
Knowledge on Healthcare Domain
Managing Help Desk service delivery and performance.
Knowledge on Service Now Ticketing system
Knowledge on Production Support Landscape
Knowledge in ITIL disciplines and business support software
Communication skills, both oral and written
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Project management and customer service skills
In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 27 April 2024.
The annual salary is between $72,200 – $144,700 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
The position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
