You will be working as Technical Specialist and will be part of Electrification business for Smart Power division based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this role you will be reporting to Sales Manager and will be responsible for executing assignments of low complexity, as per agreed timeline and standards using established solutions. Supporting in development of technical expertise solutions and services.
Your responsibilities
Working independently using solid competency in technologies, tools and methods to solve critical
Determining offered solutions and product versions, including extent of standard and non-standard solution scope to meet low to high complexity customer requirements
Coordinating technical support to lead level 2/3 case management for resolution of technical issues
Building network internally and externally for exchange of information, best practices and lessons learned
Actively supporting technical resources in specific area of expertise
Following available quality standards, processes, tools and techniques
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering back ground
Minimum 5-7 years of work experience in technical roles, technology officer, panel assembling knowledge etc
Goot to have problem solving attitude
A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines
