Summary
This position reports to the Human Resources Director EMEA and will partner with HR Business Partners in the region and other members of corporate compensation team to effectively execute on strategic initiatives to provide compensation offerings that will retain and attract the world’s best talent to support the CHS business. This position is multi-faceted and has a diverse focus in analysis, compensation support, administration and business consulting support. This role is hybrid and located in our office in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities
Provide consultation and support to HR Business Partners and leaders on a variety of compensation related issues to meet business needs and support growth primarily in our evolving operations business.
Review current pay programs and monitor compensation trends to ensure market competitiveness relative to the overall total rewards strategy, including assessing and providing recommendations for functional and enterprise adjustments.
Lead large scale projects, including gathering various perspectives and data, and providing recommendations with the ability to influence stakeholders across businesses.
Provide ad-hoc compensation support to businesses as needed, including various businesses in EMEA.
Review, analyze and interpret survey results and lead market analysis process for our regional business and present recommendations and findings.
Support complex compensation core processes, initiatives, and programs.
Assists with job evaluations and pay program review while supporting the business’ future transformational efforts.
Prepare payroll payments, managing current payroll providers. Oversee and ensure proper documentation for payroll processes and prepare reports illustrating payroll expenses, including items such as tax payments and benefit plan disbursements.
Participate in HRIS projects and compensation systems.
Provide support on HR KPI / dashboard updates.
Lead and partner on process improvement initiatives, participating in global compensation projects representing the region

Minimum Qualifications (required)
10+ years of Compensation experience, preferably with regional scope
Fluent English, other languages a plus
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred)
Compensation or Human Resources certifications
Advanced MS Excel skills
Ability to analyze complex data to make effective decisions, provide recommendations, identify trends, and create executive presentations.
Strong time management and project management skills efficiently working with deadlines.
Experience working with HR data and Systems (e.g. Success Factors/SAP)
Experience in small to mid-size organization
