As a Trade Finance Cluster Lead for France and North Europe (Ireland & Nordics), you will play a key leadership role reporting to the Order to Cash Regional Lead. Your responsibilities will be managing the Trade Finance team, setting objectives, implementing the Target Operating Model, and actively participating in process migration. You will be collaborating with stakeholders across Business Units and functions, along with ensuring legal and tax compliance. As well as, you will also focus on building a culture of Operational Excellence through process and system improvements, simplification, and automation.
What are we looking for?
Master’s degree in finance or accounting
In-depth knowledge of general accounting, sales finance and accounts receivable areas
Experience in team management
Experience in project management
Relevant business experience with deep understanding of trade finance processes and trade promotion systems is a plus
Experience with Financial Accounting Standards, Financial Reporting, Transactional Accounting & Closing Processes
Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certificate is nice to have but not a must
Proficient in English is a must and French is nice to have
What will be your key responsibilities?
Team management, engagement, and development of associates with focus on improvement business results according with Mars policies, practices and standards
Setting up team objectives and ensuring the timely delivery with great quality
Implementing the Target Operating Model and Roadmap for Trade Finance
Actively participate in process migration and transformation
Working with stakeholders across BU in Cluster (France / Ireland / Nordics) and any new markets post transition) and across functions (finance, sales and co-pilots) to build best in class collaboration
Ensuring compliance with legal and tax requirements
Building culture of Operational Excellence and drive process and system improvements, simplification, and automation
