The position is available for immediate employment, but it can also be negotiated to start any time by June.
As a part of the team, you will be responsible of:
SW design, development, integration and testing of a product to be launched in the near future
Support test design and validate software and hardware components of the cloud edge
Contribute to SW and related testing documentation
Proactive interaction with colleagues
REQUIRED SKILLS
Your skills and experience
You have:
3-5 years of engineering studies in telecommunications, information technology, computer science or in a related discipline. You are possibly about to start final thesis work.
Mastering SW development tools such as Git, Gitlab, debuggers, editors, etc.
Advanced Linux operating skills using command-line interface, shell scripting, xterm, etc.
Knowledge of SW development lifecycle: design, implementation, integration, testing, troubleshooting
Previous practical SW development skills, ideally with Go language but e.g. previous Python experience is a good starting point
Good English skills in speaking, reading, and writing
It would be nice if you also had:
Previous experience of modern environments and tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipeline, Jenkins, etc.
Knowledge of wireless communication systems based on 802.11 / Wi-Fi technology
Knowledge of micro service development and implementation technologies such as REST, JSON, http/https/gRPC etc.
