The purpose of this role is to create, implement, and track all HSE & Quality trainings throughout North America Seeds Development (NASD) as well as collect and organize related data that supports Regional NASD teams. All trainings and data will be in conjunction with Syngenta corporate NA HSE & Quality requirements as well as global strategy and help achieve compliance and meet regulations for all of Seeds Development.
Accountabilities
Contribute to a healthy, sustainable HSE & Quality culture through relationship building, communication, teamwork, and celebrations.
Create technical training programs according to Syngenta and Federal requirements.
Manage all NASD technical training needs on a Syngenta global learning platform (LMS) and deploy accordingly.
LMS Administrator for all NASD trainings related to Quality and HSE.
Manage and track attendance of all trainings and follow-up as needed.
Report and manage all data on completed courses, any issues, and absences.
Determine overall effectiveness of programs and trainings by collecting feedback and making improvements as necessary.
Work closely in partnership with site leads and SME (subject matter’s experts).
Collect and report on relevant KPI’s determined by region on a weekly/monthly basis. KPI’s might be function broad, not training related only.
Identify predictive trends in relevant data and report accordingly.
Provide communications to the region as needed via email, newsletter, social media, or other platforms.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Intermediate technical skills in e-learning and mobile training.
Course work or job experience in safety or quality preferred.
Computer skills and proficiencies in applicable software such as Articulate/Rise 360, Camtasia, and Vyond.
Video editing experience is desirable.
Previous experience with adult learning theory, training delivery and methodologies that facilitate learning.
Training content development and evaluation of training effectiveness are desirable.
Excel, Smartsheet, and Power BI knowledge highly desirable.
Ability to communicate and influence/collaborate across different level of stakeholders and business functions.
Accurate reporting and data analysis.
Contribute to safety and quality culture in alignment with our ambition.
Individual must be authorized to work in the United States for Syngenta without work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
