Description:

The CBNA and US Entities Management team manages the liquidity, capital, and balance sheet for U.S. Bank Chain Entities, U.S. and Consolidated Broker Dealer Entities, and Hold Co. Entities. They lead the asset/liability management, balance sheet planning, and liquidity/capital optimization, and also serve as the principal point of contact into Treasury for funding needs and ensuring that balance sheet priorities are integrated into business decision-making processes. In addition, the Cross-Affiliate Treasury Management team, which rolls up to the Hold Co. Treasurer, oversees the coordination of Legal Entity Capital Requests, backstop facilities, standby letters of credit (SBLCs), and guarantees and comfort letters, and owns the framework for optimizing liquidity resources across U.S., Non-U.S., Bank and non-Bank affiliates.

Citi is looking for a strategic professional to support the governance activities of the US Broker Dealer Entity Treasury team. The individual will be responsible for supporting risk and control requirements, coordinating the Broker Dealer ALCO materials, developing regulatory engagement and committee materials, and governance related to liquidity management policies.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the risk and control activities of the US Broker Dealer Entity Treasury team, including coordination of Corrective Action Plan (CAP) activities and moving forward initiatives to address any control gaps
Supporting the coordination of the Broker Dealer ALCO, including developing the draft agenda, collecting materials, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up requests are addressed
Developing materials for committees, regulators, and senior management
Supporting the governance activities related to liquidity and capital management
Supporting ad-hoc project requests

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
At least 4 years of experience in finance
Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
At least 6 years of experience in finance
At least 2 years of project management experience engaging with various stakeholders, including executive leadership
