We are looking for a Warehouse Team Lead who wants to work in Dania Beach 33004 in a Dsitribution Company. The candidate must have the following requirements to apply: Certification forklift sit-down electric and double reach, a minimum of 2-3 years in a similar position, experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center, experience using gun scanner for pick-pack orders an asset, monitoring order status and direct communication with external and internal clients, experience working in an e-commerce environment, an asset, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite, good written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. Responsibilities
Lead and manage warehouse and the warehouse clerks through their shift by ensuring the team is set up for success to work safely and productively, and serving as the point of escalation for daily operations
Receive product from vendors, place product in appropriate locations, prepare customer orders, help clean and organize work areas
Monitor supply deliveries, manage regular cleaning and maintenance schedules Load and unload truckloads of inventory making sure is received and shipped as per policies of GSM Depot
Support the order pick-up process by handing off orders to warehouse clerks
Ensure shipment paperwork is compliant with GSM Depot policies
Mediate with carriers for the receiving scheduling
Maintain and ensure the proper handling of forklifts
Perform data entry for receiving orders and to fulfill it in the system
Perform cycle counting of inventory
Liaise with different departments (Logistics, Accounting, etc.) by phone and email when required Handle RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorization) for the retail channels including classifying them by condition (new/ used / like new / damaged)
Keep track of warehouse clerks’ performance and KPIs
The essential functions of this role include:
